In 2020, the DTM will again race at the classic Brands Hatch circuit. This undulating track in rural Kent has an unmistakable character: corners like Paddock Hill Bend, Druids and Clearways are a unique challenge for the drivers. For spectators, it is a wonderful venue, too. If you arrive early enough, you can even park your car on the hill on the opposite side of the track –like a huge drive-in cinema, but with DTM taking centre stage. The fast sections of the Grand Prix loop through the forest are fascinating as well. For spectators, they are a real gem as this part of the track isn’t used very often. The Brits’ passion for motorsport is impressive and many of them are keen not to miss out on the annual visit of the German touring cars.

Brands Hatch Circuit is located in the British county of Kent, about 40 kilometres from London. At the centre of London stand the imposing Houses of Parliament, the iconic ‘Big Ben’ clock tower and Westminster Abbey, site of British monarch coronations. Across the Thames River, the London Eye observation wheel provides panoramic views of the South Bank cultural complex, and the entire city. During your stay in the UK, you should certainly try Yorkshire pudding, fish and chips and a full English breakfast.
